Semaglutide

Semaglutide (also known as Ozempic and Wygovy) is a derivative of the naturally occurring GLP-1, a peptide known to lower blood sugar levels & enhance insulin secretion. It has been shown to decrease appetite by delaying gastric emptying & reducing intestinal motility. The result? It causes you to feel full- which lowers your appetite & increases your ability to lose weight when combined with a reduced-caloric meal plan and increased physical activity. An additional B12 injection is included per week to assist in helping increase energy levels metabolism.

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that has been shown to increase growth hormone and IGF-1 levels. Tesamorelin is currently the most effective GH releasing hormone on the market. It is an injectable peptide that generates greater natural production of HGH (Human Growth Hormone). It binds and stimulates human GHRH receptors with similar potency as our own natural GHRH. It has not been shown to significantly affect other pituitary hormones in the body.

Clinical trials have shown that tesamorelin significantly reduces abdominal fat with fewer side effects than human growth hormone itself, although abdominal fat may return after the Tesamorelin is discontinued (depending upon the individual). Tesamorelin has been shown to reduce lipodystrophy in HIV-infected individuals as well as similarly reducing abdominal fat in NON-HIV-Infected individuals.

Potential Side Effects

Injections site reactions including irritation, erythema, pain, arthralgia, swelling, muscle pain, and bruising may occur. Rotate the site of injection to different areas of abdomen to reduce incidence of injection site reactions. Caution with history of nonmalignant neoplasms. Preexisting malignancy should be inactive, and treatment complete prior to initiating therapy.

Potential Side Effects

• Nausea

• Abdominal Pain

• Injection site reactions (irritation, erythema, induration, pain, itching)

• Diarrhea

• Vasodilation (flushing, warmth, transient hypotension)

CJC 1295/Ipamorelin

CJC-1295 is a 30 amino acid peptide hormone that has shown incredibly promising results as a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog. CJC-1295 is often combined with Ipamorelin due to its enhanced specificity as a GHRH. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin stimulates Growth Hormone secretion and can provide a steady increase of growth Hormone with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin levels. This means increased protein synthesis, thus promoting growth and fat loss simultaneously. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and binds to the ghrelin receptor in the brain, thereby selectively stimulating the release of GH from the pituitary gland. This results in increased plasma GH levels, which would affect many biological processes. Unlike other GH-releasing peptides, Ipamorelin only stimulates GH release in a manner very similar to that of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone. This combination results increased energy, muscle mass, and stamina while generating better sleep.
